July 2011:

January

opens another selling location in Parkton, Maryland to

May 2009:

January

purchases additional 4000 square feet of office space

business.
June 2008:

awarded $3.4M contract to provide redundant datacenter

February

grows revenue 85% over FY 07 while increasing net profit
margins by 450 basis points.
November
2007: InSAN
I.T. awarded an additional selling location by Sun
Microsystems and opens an office in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania to begin expansion into the Northeast.
September

May 2007:

reseller agreement with Falconstor in order to market,
sell and support their complete line of storage software products.

profit margins by 600 basis points through solid SG&A cost
management.
October
2006: InSAN
I.T. celebrates five years with a blow-out party at the
Sheraton Sand Key resort. Over 75 employees,
vendors, and customers enjoyed cocktails, dinner and live
entertainment provided by local rock band
Stormbringer.
June 2006:
InSAN I.T.
purchases additional office location driven by increased
data center requirements and company growth.
March 2006:
InSAN I.T. expands
office space again while adding more personnel in the
areas of customer service, sales, and technical
engineering.

I.T. grows revenue 238% over FY04 while maintaining steady

December
2005:
InSAN I.T. spins off the
copier and printer maintenance division into a separate
operating company, Document Lifecycle, Inc.
October
2005: The
Department of the Army renews their existing copier
maintenance agreement with InSAN I.T. for their Canon
multi-function device maintenance.
September 2005: Thomas Ferrara, President
of InSAN I.T., is named to Sun's Southeastern VAR advisory
council to provide insight and support for the Sun
reseller community.
August 2005:
InSAN I.T.
implements a highly available disaster recovery solution
for a transportation company, employing technology from Hp
and Cisco to provide a wide area SAN infrastructure and
data traffic resiliency across two disparate data centers.
June 2005:
InSAN I.T.'s
Document Lifecycle division is awarded a large
multi-function device maintenance contract with the
Department of Homeland Security.
January 2005: InSAN I.T. increases revenue
110% over FY03 and sees strong growth in the areas of
disaster recovery and highly resilient infrastructures for
the data center.
October
2004: At the
close of the
2004 hurricane season, InSAN I.T. launches
InTheConeAgain.com...a hurricane t-shirt business to
generate relief funds and help in the rebuilding effort
across Florida.
March 2004: InSAN I.T.
launches document lifecycle management practice to help
customers gain control of their burgeoning document output
and device optimization.
February 2004: Recognizing the company's
strengths, Sun, Hp, and Oracle renew their reseller
agreements with InSAN I.T.
January 2004: InSAN I.T. enjoys another
year of sequential year over year revenue and profit

November 2003: InSAN
I.T. initiates a new consulting practice surrounding data
